Registration Guidelines

The 8th PPCS is pleased to offer a special discount for registrants registering during Early bird registration period.

Participants are highly recommended to register in advance by online registration in order to avoid heavy registration at the meeting site. To benefit from discounted rate, registration and payment should be made no later than July 30th, 2013. If online registration is not available, please contact the secretariat at regi@ppcs2013.org

All payments must be made by cash in only JPY, USD and KRW currencies at the Registration
     Desk on the Conference day (September 27,2013), regretfully payment by any other method is not
     acceptable (eg. Bank transfers or credit cards).

- Bank service & tax charges are the responsibility of the registered participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration
  fees.
- The Sender’s Name must be the same as the registrant’s name.
- A copy of the bank remittance receipt must be faxed or emailed to the meeting secretariat.

- The secretariat office will refund registration fees to prepaid participants who cancelled their registration will be treated as follows;
- A refund for payment by bank transfer, the full refund will be made after the meeting.
- Cancellation must be in writing and sent to the Secretariat, via e-mail (regi@ppcs2013.org) in the due time before the meeting.
- Please note that all related bank charges must be paid by the registrants.
